Whereas a greate Battle has been fought on Shoreditch Commons, Westland and Whereas Prince Edmund, Prince of Wundt has been killed there and Whereas Sir Gilbert Fraubard has taken the King into his protection and Released the Lords Fraubard and Morency and March and Whereas Lord Percy Fraubard, Duke of Norcastle has extended a general amnesty to any soldiers, knights or men-at-arms that did bear arms against him in Norcastle and otherwise so that they can travel free and without let after offering their pledges to support the Protector of the Realm.
Whereas all Nobles and men of gentle birth are commanded and required to pledge their fealty to the Protector within ten days of the 10th day of Kawani.
