He is known as Moreau Perault of the town of P'eimel.
He is an exceptional Mage who has been assaulted by the King's Officers, unjustly imprisoned and robbed of valuable and important properties by the Royal Mages Guild and the Battle Guild of the Brotherhood of Mystics. He was last seen in the company of dwarves who were ill used by the mockers, known murderers who have preyed on innocents. He may be addicted to dangerous magical herbs forced upon him by said guild.
He is owed a reward of One solid firkin containing one third pound of polished one grain in weight gemstones to the value of ($1,000) payable by the Captain of the South Bailey, and the Royal Mages Guild.
