Originally posted soon after Moreau's escape from the Southern Bailey in Ramsgate, this writ was magically modified to Moreau/Murrin's specifications by the Berenhirs of Eaglesreach on Guyekoni 16, 997. The modified writ, which for all intents and purposes completely replaced the original, is here.

The following man is hereby under interdict from his majesty as advised by the Commissioner of Arrays (minor) and the Captain of the Southern Bailey for offenses and escapes and riotous acts in the domain of Ramsgate, Southside and Clappington Close.

He is known as Moreau Porralt of the town of Landsrue.
He is a dangerous Rogue Mage who has assaulted the King's Officers, broken several doors and stolen valuable and important properties from the Royal Mages Guild and the Battle Guild of the Brotherhood of Mystics. He was last seen in the company of dwarves who were ill used by him, and is a known murderer who has used his magic on innocents and also to deface the King and Lord Mayor's building. He is accounted as shifty and may be addicted to dangerous magical herbs which will affect his demeanor and good judgement.
A reward of One solid firkin containing one third pound of polished one grain in weight gemstones to the value of ($1,000) is outstanding to any person producing this criminal.
