Shilom is out shopping with Tomas when Dominic drops in for a report on the situation. Reziphel digs up more information on the fraternity death. Zenaniel talks with Michael's people at the local hospital.

Gaudior meets Druiel at the local Johnny Rocket equivalent in her Angela vessel. She orders a float with chocolate ice cream from a tired-looking waitress who calls everybody "Hon". Druiel comes in wearing his leather jacket, somewhat scuffed up from the accident, and orders coffee. They have a long serious talk about Druiel's recent actions, and what Druiel's options are.
The Inquisition (Larry, Moe, and Curly) shows up to take Druiel to Heaven to stand trial. Druiel is very panicky, but Gaudior calms him and asks the Triad to wait. The triad is dressed like MIB's, with dark glasses. They sit in a booth and order ice cream.
Finally Gaudior convinces Druiel to leave with them, saying she will help as much as she can. Shilom picks up everybody in the new rental Dodge Caravan (dark green). They go to the Drafthouse where Gaudior and Shilom have a terse argument about Shilom calling in the Inquisition.
That evening, Tomas cannot be found. A small fleabag hotel can be. Gaudior reports to Blandine, who is quite upset about the Inquisition's arrest of Druiel. He also takes Zenaniel for a spin in the Marches.
Rez and Appoggee/cat? squirrel? visit Nicole, who's at Zara's place, late that night. She and Zara are awake doing jigsaw puzzles. Rez asks her for some guidance in how to deal with the cruel.
Shilom spends the early morning hours driving around looking for hitchhikers and people in trouble.
